My parents and I had been involved in a car accident when I was 6 months old, where my mother was thrown through the front windscreen and sustained several injuries. The course of treatment at the time was to plaster cast her body from her chest to waist for a prolonged period of time. It wasn’t until I was 4 years old and a family friend recommended my mother visit a Chiropractor, Donald Bennett, to see if he could help her. I saw my mother receive treatment and with time walk properly again. It was then I knew I wanted to become a Chiropractor.
Fast forward to the 90’s when I graduated from AECC as a Doctor of Chiropractic, a life long dream realised. I worked along side several Chiropractors before starting my first clinic, Redditch Chiropractic Clinic. 4 years later I then purchased Leamington Spa Chiropractic Clinic from my former mentor, George Starkey. I was now the proud owner of one of the oldest Chiropractic Clinics in the country at the time, however the dream didn’t stop there.
My first clinic was growing fast, and I have slowly cultivated a fantastic team who support me whilst keeping patient care at the forefront of who we are and what we do.
In the very small amount of spare time I do have, you can generally find me running around 6km, sipping on a lovely Gin or spending quality time with friends and family.

Abi Peart
Sports Therapist
Sports Therapy BSc (Hons)
Hi, I’m Abi, a Sports Therapist who aims to help get people moving and feeling stronger. My interest in Sports Therapy began with my love for sport having previously participated in swimming and running at a competitive level.
Back in 2018, my Grandad was first diagnosed with cancer. Exercise prescription and rehabilitation were key throughout his battle, helping to maintain his mobility throughout his treatments. After overseeing how healthcare professionals helped my Grandad, it made me realise that I wanted to pursue a career where I too could support others with their health journeys.
In July 2024 I graduated Birmingham City University with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy. Since completing my degree I have gained practical experience both pitch-side and in a clinical setting. I spent two seasons with Alvechurch Football Club, working with the men’s and women’s first teams providing injury assessments, treatment, pitch-side rehabilitation and medical support during training and match days.
I then joined LSRC in August 2024. Over the past year I have worked hard to gain additional qualifications to give patients the best treatment possible. I offer a range of treatments including myofascial dry cupping, injury assessments, rehabilitation plans, deep tissue sports massage and hot stone massage. I am proud to work for LSRC as it is very rewarding being able to help patients recover from injuries allowing them to return to their daily lives feeling stronger. I love helping people recover, move better and feel their absolute best.

Hi, I'm Charlotte the Practice Manager, you may also see me at the reception desk. I've been a clinic assistant ad-hoc since I was about 16 before going to university to study Music Composition. After completing my degree, I then gained experience in different job roles, in various companies before coming back to LSRC full time.
I'm my spare time, I enjoy playing hockey for Stratford Hockey Club. Having access to Chiropractic and Sports Therapy care has helped me perform my best throughout each season.
I also love the outdoors. I have a horse called Obi who I spend much of my spare time with. I also have a passion for photography, and I do this alongside working at LSRC. If I'm not with Obi, you'll find me doing equestrian photoshoots, or even capturing weddings!

Hannah Nash
Clinic Assistant
I’m Hannah, receptionist in our Redditch clinic.
I was introduced to the clinic by my friend (one of our massage therapists) to see Liz, I felt at ease as soon as I walked in and I quickly realised I would love to work in an environment like this.
I joined the team in November 2024 and soon gained a lot of knowledge and confidence working in such a supportive clinic.
In my spare time I’m out walking my little pup, Vinnie, gardening or baking!
I also care for my partner who has got Multiple sclerosis. the team have given me so much support and advice which has helped me massively with home life.

Rebecca Finch
Sports Therapist
Sports Therapist (BSc Hons)
I am a qualified Sports Therapist, having graduated from the University of Worcester in September 2024 with a deep-rooted passion for helping individuals recover, rebuild, and reach their physical potential. My journey into sports therapy was shaped not only by academic training but by personal experience and a lifelong dedication to sport.
From a young age, I have been immersed in the world of sport, competing at a high level in football, including time spent with Wolverhampton Wanderers Academy and representing at county level. However, it was during my own challenging recovery from two ACL reconstruction surgeries that I discovered a profound purpose — supporting others both physically and emotionally through their recovery journeys. Helping individuals achieve their goals, no matter how big or small, is what truly drives me.
Throughout my university career, I gained invaluable hands-on experience working with professional teams including Kidderminster Harriers Football Club and Severn Stars Netball Team. These placements allowed me to apply my skills in high-performance environments, including the use of my Level 3 Trauma in Sport qualification to deliver pitch-side first aid.
In addition to my academic and placement experience, I also completed my NPLQ Lifeguard qualification and Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification. These achievements further deepened my understanding of health and fitness, and provided insight into the motivational power of physical activity and the positive outcomes it can bring in helping individuals live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Following graduation, I expanded my clinical experience by working as a Physiotherapy Assistant within an inpatient hospital setting. There, I supported patients undergoing post-operative rehabilitation following procedures such as shoulder replacements, knee and hip replacements, cardiac surgery, and carpal tunnel releases — enhancing my appreciation of holistic, patient-centred care.
I am now working at LSRC where I offer a range of therapeutic services including sports massage, injury assessment, rehabilitation planning, and myofascial dry cupping. I am committed to continuous professional development and plan to expand my scope of practice with additional modalities, enabling me to offer comprehensive, personalised care to every individual I work with.
