November 2023 ~ Welcome Chloe 🙂
I am a Level 5 Sports Therapist and previously I ran my own sports massage business. However, after falling pregnant and having my son in April 2022, I decided it was time for a change and in January 2023 I began a part time Masters of Chiropractic at the McTimoney college of chiropractic.
I was keen to work in a chiropractic clinic in any capacity and after visiting Liz for clinic observations it wasn’t long before I was enquiring to join the team! I hope to gain more experience at Leamington Spa and Redditch Chiropractic clinics and widen my knowledge about chiropractic. It is great to be part of a fun, welcoming and family orientated team.
In my spare time you can find me out on a run, in the garden or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

This month Beth shared her hobby of playing board games. There was much laughter and confusion during these games.

Each month a different member of the team shares a hobby. This month Debbie took us on a lovely walk around Arrow Valley Lake in Redditch. We stopped for a well deserved coffee at the end.
April 2023 - First Aid
In April our team of therapists visited Beeston Chiropractic in Northampton to brush up on their first Aid skills. I am pleased to say they all passed.

February 2023 - Welcome Sophie 🙂
Sophie joined the team in February 2023 after graduating from Birmingham City with a BSc in Sports Therapy in 2022. Throughout her 3 years at university, she discovered her passion within sports massage whilst gaining lots of experience within the university’s injury clinic and football placement.
Since graduating from university, Sophie has worked within another clinic and has also qualified in Hot Stone massage.

Another goodbye ~ December 2022
As the year ends, we say goodbye to Elaine who has unfortunately decided not to return to the UK due to her health. We do hope in the future if she returns to Chiropractic in the UK that she will rejoin our team. We will miss Elaine and we wish her well and hope that 2023 is the year for her.
Thankyou Elaine for all the fun you have brought to the team here is a few pictures of your adventure with us. 🙂

Blue Cow Congress ~ October 2022
In October some of our fabulous LSRC Team went to a live Blue Cow event.
We had to dress as a team, but not in our uniform. So we choose to go on a voyage as pirates. We think we were the best dressed that day 😉
A fantastic day was had by the team and we came away with lots of ideas to improve our practice.
Our practice manager even got involved behind the scenes and was in charge of keeping everyone on time. #bluecow #teamLSRC
Goodbyes ~ September 2022
September was a sad time here at LSRC we said goodbye to Hugh after 18 years of working with us. We will miss his dry sense of humor and love of cake. 😉
Hugh’s focus will be on his own clinic in Yateley where he lives. If you know Hugh you will know that he has been traveling to Redditch twice a week to see his patients for many years.
Although it was goodbye from our Redditch clinic we do hope to see him from time to time as he is, of course, Liz’s brother. 🙂

We also said goodbye to Nina in September.
Many of you will know Nina as she started as one of our CAs and moved to be a Massage Therapist.
We would like to wish her good luck, in her new adventure!
Holidays ~ August 2022
August has been a busy time here at LSRC, making changes, and expanding our team big welcome to Lucy, Amanda, and Beth. We have also been working hard to extend our opening hours. Redditch Clinic is now open one Saturday a month! Leamington Clinic is open every Saturday!
We have loved hearing about patient holidays, even if it has made us want one of our own. Hugh will be off on his holiday at the end of September for a couple of weeks so make sure you get booked in quickly. However you are more than welcome to see another member of the team should you need to while he is away.
We have been meeting many little people who have been attending appointments with their family. We are a family-friendly clinic so please do not worry about bringing your little people with you.
You may have also seen little Tilly helping in the clinic. She is very good at knocking on Elaine and Liz’s door 😉

Maternity Networking - Post Pandemic Whose shoes event ~ June 2022
We were invited to a Whose shoes / Maternity Post Pandemic event at the Coventry Building Society Arena. @whoseshoes @nhsuhcw
Where we talked to professionals and new mums about how Chiropractic can help you during pregnancy and afterward. We offered some free screenings and passed on lots of information. It was a fabulous day networking and spreading the Chiropractic word. Most importantly we got a few cuddles with the babies.

On the 8th of May 2022, we went along to the By Your Side mental health awareness walk. Where we offered free spinal screening and free mini massages.
By Your Side are a Warwickshire Charity that supports families during and post-pregnancy with mental health-related problems. Did you know one in four women struggle with their mental health after having a baby?!

Christmas at LSRC - December 2021
LSRC Team got into the spirit of Christmas by decorating the Clinics. (PHAL-ANGES always likes to dress for the occasion).
Mince Pies were laid out for all. Cards were written to all patients that attended appointments throughout December.

We had to dress as a team, so choose these really cool sloth water bottles and added them to an Orange bag (must be orange), and Personalised the sloths.
We think we were the best dressed that day 😉
