Our Team

My parents and I had been involved in a car accident when I was 6 months old, where my mother was thrown through the front windscreen and sustained several injuries. The course of treatment at the time was to plaster cast her body from her chest to waist for a prolonged period of time. It wasn’t until I was 4 years old and a family friend recommended my mother visit a Chiropractor, Donald Bennett, to see if he could help her. I saw my mother receive treatment and with time walk properly again. It was then I knew I wanted to become a Chiropractor.

Fast forward to the 90’s when I graduated from AECC as a Doctor of Chiropractic, a life long dream realised. I worked along side several Chiropractors before purchasing my first clinic, Redditch Chiropractic Clinic. 4 years later I then purchased Leamington Spa Chiropractic Clinic from my former mentor. I was now the proud owner of one of the oldest Chiropractic Clinics in the country at the time, however the dream didn’t stop there.

My first clinic was growing fast, and I have slowly cultivated a fantastic team who support me whilst keeping patient care at the forefront of who we are and what we do.

In the very small amount of spare time I do have, you can generally find me running around 6km, sipping on a lovely Gin or spending quality time with friends and family.

I first joined the LSRC team in November 2023. I am a Level 5 Sports Therapist and previously I ran my own sports massage business. However, after falling pregnant and having my son in April 2022, I decided it was time for a change and in January 2023 I began a part-time Masters of Chiropractic at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic.

I was keen to work in a chiropractic clinic in any capacity and after visiting Liz for clinic observations it wasn’t long before I was enquiring to join the team! I hope to gain more experience at Leamington Spa and Redditch Chiropractic clinics and widen my chiropractic knowledge. It is great to be part of a fun, welcoming, and family-orientated team.

In my spare time, you can find me out on a run, in the garden, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

I joined the team un February 2023 after graduating from Birmingham City with a BSc in Sports Therapy 2022. Throughout the 3 years university, i discovered my passion within sports massage whilst gaining lots of experience within the university’s injury clinic and football placement.

Since graduating university, I worked within another clinic, and have also qualified in Hot Stone massage.

I hope to gain more experience at Leamington Spa and Redditch Chiropractic clinics and widen my knowledge about massage.

I first joined the LSRC team in 2022 after being a patient for just over 6 months, Liz hired me while I was lying on the bed as I was after a new opportunity.

I found Chiropractic care incredibly beneficial to my life and this makes me the perfect person to introduce New Patients to the clinic and take them on their care journey. I can also alleviate any nerves about chiropractic adjustment having experienced this recently myself. I am a bubbly chatty individual and I also hope to make the journey fun and inviting throughout your time here.

In my spare time, I am an avid baker and enjoy all things creative especially working on my abstract art and home improvements, as well as spending time with friends and my cute cockapoo (Oscar).
